Powerful Plant-Based Formula | Coconut-based and plant-based cleansers catch excess oils off the scalp and remove dirt, grime, and other product residues from the hair. These cleansers help to prevent buildup and residue that can cause the hair to become greasy or limp. Kosher vegetable glycerin then complements by adding moisture, balancing your scalp’s natural oil complex.
Gentle Cleansing | Our PH balanced, plant-based formula is especially gentle on the scalp and hair, making this Shampoo more suitable for sensitive or irritated skin. Being free of the harsh chemicals found in most products additionally helps to retain your scalps natural hydration, reducing dryness and flakiness.
Our Soothing Shampoo should be followed with our Coconut Conditioner. Both are suitable for everyday use.

Directions
Wet hair completely. Pump desired amount (dependent on hair length) onto palm of hand. Gently massage into hair and scalp until it lathers. Work the shampoo through the hair. For stronger lather, wet hair again and work in more shampoo. Rinse scalp and hair thoroughly.
This shampoo is designed to cleanse your hair without stripping it of its natural oils or drying out the skin or scalp.
It should be followed with our Coconut Conditioner.

Charcoal Filtered Deionized Water • High purity water
Cocamidopropyl Hydroxysultaine • Naturally derived from coconut, palm-free, it is a biodegradable conditioning agent for hair and skin with high foaming and mild chemistry.
Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate • This mild-surfactant helps grab oil, dirt, and grease. It is also derived from coconuts, palm-free and is biodegradable.
Vegetable Glycerin (glycerin)* • Derived from vegetables. It is a biodegradable, powerful moisturizer that can increase skin hydration. Food-grade & Kosher.
Decyl Glucoside • A plant-derived, biodegradable surfactant. It is mild and safe for sensitive skin.
Caprylyl Capryl Glucoside • A plant-based surfactant that increases lather potential with mild chemistry for sensitive skin.
Polyquaternium 7 • Gives skin soft feel. Formaldehyde-free.

These fragrances do not contain any chemicals on the California Prop 65 list known to cause cancer or reproductive harm ( such as phthalates, parabens, dyes, formaldehyde and more ).

Our eco jug (80%PCR) 5-gallon pails, and 1-gallon glass dispensing jugs are designed for you to reuse in your business for years. You may return them to us any time, sell them or give them away to be upcycled when you are ready.
The 4 1-gallon option seems counterproductive to our mission but rest assured it is not.
If you purchase these containers, just hold onto the box that they come in. Use up the product you purchased. Send the empty 1-gallon plastic containers back to us in this box we will sanitize, refill, and reuse them.

PB Water Store recently started carrying the Rustic Strength product line about a month ago. As the manager here, I made sure to try the products that we would be offering to our community. I personally like the shampoo because I've always had a hard time finding a shampoo that left my hair soft and non frizzy. I color my hair and use heat for styling, so it's been challenging. I'm thrilled to say I couldn't be happier with the Coconut & Lime Soothing Shampoo. I get many comments while working in the store about how nice my hair looks. It helps being able to promote Rustic Strength products when I can see such good results personally. Great product line as well.
