To schedule a pick-up:

Contact the carrier of your choice. We suggest freightquote.com, RXO or XPO, however you are in complete control of your pallet pick-ups.

Your empties must be securely fastened to the pallet in order for the driver to pick them up.

On the date scheduled, the driver will pickup during your business hours, typically in the afternoon.

In order to maximize your value for pallet returns, we recommend:

Yes, the caps for the Eco Jugs and Barrels are required when sending returns to ensure the process remains truly “Close the Loop.”

Unfortunately, bucket lids cannot be reused due to the integrity of the seal and the specific lidding process needed to secure shipments safely.

For Pallet Returns, you will need the weights and measurements of our containers. Here is a quick guide to help you:

Weights and measurements can vary due to differences in the amount of soap left, caps or lack of, differences in size / material of pallet or other factors. Always estimate higher or get exact details to avoid additional charges.

Due to the growing success and high demand of our Close the Loop program among wholesale partners, we will no longer be scheduling pallet pickups. This change allows you full control over when and how you return your items—on your own schedule and at your convenience. Your returns will continue to earn rewards points, helping you save while supporting a more sustainable future.

While not all Gallons, Eco Jugs, Buckets, and Barrels are created equal, we’re happy to accept containers from other companies as part of our Close the Loop initiative.

If we're able to wash, sanitize, and return them to circulation, we absolutely will.

Please note: containers without caps or those taller than our standard sizes cannot be reused. 

Other companies' containers do not qualify for reward points. We appreciate your help in keeping the program sustainable and effective!

We will clean, sanitize and recirculate Rustic Strength containers, preventing them from reaching a landfill. When one is ready to retire, we will ensure that they are properly recycled.
