Is there a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Currently, we do not have a minimum order quantity. Rustic Strength's stance is everyone has
to start somewhere. We love helping the small business entrepreneurs get a foot hold in this business.
Can I get samples of the product before I purchase it?
Of course you can! We encourage you to get samples of the products you want to carry. In each product listing is a 4 oz sample. You may order as many samples as you need to at a very reasonable price. Additionally, when you first sign up for your Wholesale account, you will receive a discount code that is good for 1 of our Welcome Sample Packs (a $40 value).
Why no pump or spout?
This is about sustainability and decreasing waste in the environment. We do not automatically provide a pump or spout with our products because we are trying to reduce waste in the environment.
• If you are refilling a eco-jug or gallon container you do not need an addition spigot. However, they are handy with the cubetainer for pouring left unattended.
• You may already have a pump or spigot from your last order.If so, just keep this and reuse it when refilling containers.

Easy Flow Pump for eco-jug,
buckets and drums
• These pumps are used for any material
• The tip can be moved up or down to control drips
• They can have a reducer added onto the tip to pump into smaller opening containers
Retail Ready Items
12oz, 16oz, 64oz and 128oz containers that are ready on shelves as grab and go items. They can be used for a quick sale and returned to the shop for refill purposes. These are sold in packs and have material and labels on them.
Bulk Containers
4 pack of 1 gallon, 5-gallon, 30-gallon drum and 55-gallon drum. These are used to refill existing containers of material you have on your shelf or containers brought in by customers.
Empty Containers for resell
We have 12oz, 16oz, 64oz, 128oz containers for you to resell to your customers. We will be adding glass, aluminum, stainless steel containers in varying sizes.

How much laundry detergent should I use? Do you have an exact calculation?
An exact calculation would only work under perfect conditions and every person's laundry set up is different. We recommend starting with 1/2 to 1 oz of laundry detergent per load and adjust to your personal liking and efficiency.
The factors that affect dosage amounts are:
Water type -
Hard water vs soft water
Well water vs city water
Mineral types found in the water
Hot water vs cold water
Washing machine-
Different machines work at different levels of efficiency. Also the amount of water added
in a "normal" load will vary machine to machine.
Soil level-
The heavier the soil load on the clothes the more laundry detergent will be required to be effective.
Machine load-
The larger the load of garments in a machine the larger the laundry detergent load will be required. Especially true in older machines where the use is required to select the load size. Newer machines typically load sense and deliver the amount of water needed for the load of the garments inside.
So, all of this put together equals; as you use a particular laundry detergent the best way to determine the amount to use is to test and tune based on your
particular sets of circumstances.
Is your pallet wrap recyclable?
Yes, it is!!! The plastic wrap we use is denoted as a category 4 in the recycling programs. You should be able to drop it in the boxes at Walmart or participating grocery stores.
Can your laundry detergent be used on cloth diapers or reusable menstrual pads?
YES!!! We also recommend using our OxyBoost Stain Remover in conjunction with cleaning these items. Pre-soaking the above items helps remove those tough stains as well. If you want them bright white again, just hang them out to dry in the sun. It is a natural bleaching agent.

How do I sign up for Email + SMS?
If you didn't sign up when you created your account, but would like to receive the updates, you can sign up at checkout by simply clicking on the option(s) you would like. The email that is associated with your account will be signed up. We offer discounts and perks to our subscribers!
You will also receive the Points Rewards associated with signing up. They will be automatically added to your account within 24 hours.
Orders & Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
We sure do! We can ship products to most countries around the
world.
Please be aware that different countries have unique customs rules and regulations. Unfortunately, if your package gets held at customs you will be responsible for communication and any additional costs required to release your item(s).
How do I track my order?
When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.
You can also log into your account and click on the order in question to see the status.
If you have multiple pieces in your order, sometimes they arrive on different days.
*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier.
I need to change the size of a container I ordered.
Currently, Shopify does not allow us to change an existing order. If you need to change a size, you will need to place another order with the correct size, and we can cancel that other size from your order.
I need to add an item to an order I already placed.
I already placed my order but forgot to add an item. What do I do?
1. Fill out a Customer Care Ticket with your order information to alert the customer care team that there will be an addition.
2. Place an additional order with your extra item(s).
What about shipping for the second order? Can’t they ship together?
In many cases, we will combine the orders and issue a refund for the second shipping cost. Here are some example scenarios:
1. The original order is over $3000 and includes free shipping.
IF - the wholesale team is alerted of the addition before the order is fulfilled
and palletized.
THEN - The item(s) will be added to the pallet with the original order, and
shipping on the additional order will be refunded.
2. The original order is under $3000 but qualified for Flat-Rate shipping.
IF- the wholesale team is alerted of the addition before the order is fulfilled
and the addition does not bring the total to over $3000.
THEN - Item(s) are added to the original order, and the shipping for the
addition is refunded.
3. The original order is under $3000 and qualified for Flat-Rate shipping.
IF - the wholesale team is alerted of the addition before the order is fulfilled,
boxed, and ready for shipping. and IF the addition brings the item total
over $3000.
THEN – Item(s) are added to the pallet with the original order, and the Flat-
Rate shipping plus the shipping for the addition will be refunded.
4. The original order is under $1000 and does not qualify for Flat-Rate shipping.
IF - the wholesale team is alerted of the addition before the order is fulfilled,
boxed, and ready for shipping. and IF The addition brings the item total
over $1000. Item(s) are added to the order and Flat-Rate shipping will now
apply.
THEN - The difference in shipping over $250 as well as the shipping for
the addition will be refunded.
5. The original order is under $1000 and does not qualify for Flat Rate shipping.
IF- the wholesale team is alerted of the addition before the order is fulfilled,
boxed, and ready for shipping. and IF the addition does not bring the total
over $1000.
THEN – Item(s) are added to the order. Shipping for the addition will not
be refunded unless the addition can safely be packed into the same
shipping box as an item from the original order.
6. If the request is put in after the original order is fulfilled, the addition will remain a second order and will be filled and charged on its own.
7. If the request is put in after the original order is packed and / or palletized and prepared to ship – even if it has not yet been fulfilled in the system – the addition
will remain a second order and will be filled and charged on its own.
My order was damaged, now what?
The first thing you should do is make sure all your packages arrived. UPS will repack items if they break in transit. Sometimes they won't even tell you they broke. Take pictures and send them to customercare@rusticstrength.com
Contact us at the above email and let us know what was missing from the order. We will get a replacement out to you ASAP.
My order never got to me, what do I do?
If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day-sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for the next few hours!
If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit.
Please file a claim with the carrier. If there is no conclusion after two weeks, please let us know and we will investigate replacing or crediting you
for your order.
I received the wrong scent! Now what do I do?
Just send an email to customercare@rusticstrength.com tell us your name, order number and which product the scent was incorrect on.
We will get it changed and send you the correction.
What is your return and refund policy?
Return, Refund, Missed Shipment, & Damages Policy
Damaged-in-Transit Orders: If an order is damaged in transit, please let us know. We will ship you a replacement at our expense and file a claim with the shipper.
Returning Items: Products no longer wanted can be returned in new, un-opened condition. We do not cover the cost of return transit. Once the item arrives back it will be inspected and once approved, we will give you a full refund of the item, minus our original shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee.
Refunding Orders: If you would like to refund an order before it has shipped you can do so by contacting customer care. We will provide a full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
Missed Shipments: If a shipment carrier exhausts its delivery attempts the items are returned to us by default.
- To re-ship the order: an invoice will be sent with the shipping charges. If your address is commercial, we recommend changing it to a residential one so that the carrier will leave it if no one is present to receive it.
- To refund the order: we will perform an inspection to make sure the items are still in sellable condition after their journey. We will then provide a full refund minus our original shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee. The shipping cost deduction applies even to orders that qualified for free or flat-rate shipping.

If you are shipping an item please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If your returning item is damaged or destroyed in transit you are responsible for filing a claim- having tracking or insurance greatly facilitates the claim filing process

Glass container display option
This would be for items that customers purchase in small quantities, conditioner and lotion. The glass container is used as a display and when you reorder, you just refill your glass display from your refill bag.
Eco-Jug container display option
Horizontal position of eco-jug
This option takes up a floor space of 14. 5” length x 10” wide x 11.5” deep. The spigot would be in a downward facing position. Some dripping may occur.You will want to get small cups to place directly under the spigot, a drip pan on the floor to place under all the spigots, or some other upcycle technique.
Vertical position of eco-jug This option takes up a floor space of 10” wide x 14.5 tall x 11.5” deep. When fully extended the easy flow, pump takes up another 34” above the front of the container. You do not need to fully extend the pump to get material out. The pump pushes material out while the pump is moving up or down. The tip of the easy flow pump will turn upward to control drips.
Bucket container
This option takes up a floor space of approximately 1 square foot (about 14” total).
Drums or Barrels
30-gallon drum stands 29” and needs approximately 4 square feet of floor space. The easy flow pump takes up another 39” above the front of the drum. You do not need to fully extend the pump to get material out. While moving the pump up or down, the pump pushes material out. The tip of the easy flow pump will turn upward to control
drips.
55-gallon drum stands 37” and needs approximately 4 square feet of floor space. The easy flow pump takes up another 36” above the 55-gallon. You do not need to fully extend the pump to get material out.While moving the pump up or down, the pump
pushes material out. The tip of the easy flow pump will turn upward to control drips.
Company Differences
What are Rustic Strength's no-no ingredients?
Our products do not contain any of these ingredients and here is why.
• parabens – xenoestorgens (agents that mimic estrogen) that has been linked to cancer
• fragrances with phthalates– some can be toxic (phthalates); perceived clean vs real clean because of the smell
• phthalates– can damage liver, kidneys, lungs and reproductive system
• SLS and SLEScan irritate eyes, skin and lungs. Tested on animals and not environmentally friendly
• dyes – skin irritant
• brighteners- chemicals that remain on the clothes to absorb UV light (naphthotriazolystilbenes, benzoxazolyl, diaminostilbene, disulfonate)
Plastic, Glass, Boxes... why so many choices?
It's all about keeping our core values of sustainability by recycling, reusing and upcycling
materials.
• The plastic bottles that we sell come from other manufacturer's surplus of supply (avoiding the landfill).
• The glass jugs are made locally (supporting local business)
• The boxes can be reused, recycled or upcycled for crafts and other projects.
Why do you use deionized water?
The deionization process removes mineral ions such as sodium, calcium, iron, copper, chloride, and sulfate to make the water as PURE as possible.
Are your products cruelty free, vegan and gluten free?
YES!! All of the product line is gluten free, vegan and cruelty free. Unless otherwise marked (lotion bars are not vegan)
How do you help control waste in the environment?
We offer a unique Close The Loop™ Program that encourages the end user to send back containers to be sanitized, and reused. When customers do this, they are refilling their existing containers vs throwing them away.
What makes you a zero-waste manufacturer? How are you making a difference in the war on waste and saving our planet?
• We make a conscious effort to recycle, reuse and upcycle all of the materials that come into our facility. We purchase bottles and caps from other businesses that don't want or can't use them anymore. These bottles would typically end up in a landfill somewhere.
• All of our label stock is reused as paper for tickets, notes, formulations and even packing material. If we have leftover label parts, they are used as
tape.
• Boxes that we receive supplies in are reused to ship our products. We also shred them as filler paper in our boxes for shipping purposes.
• If containers come in that are slightly damaged or discolored, we sell them as seconds.
• We share a building with another company. This helps decrease land usage and increase power-sharing.
