Winter Berry Phthalate-Free Fragrance Oil (A blend of natural fragrance constituents, essential oils, and GRAS safe phthalate-free synthetics, creating an aroma, contains: Benzyl Benzoate, Linalool, Geranyl Acetate, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis Peel Oil, Limonene, Hexyl Cinnamal, Citral, Rose Ketones, Eugenol)

High-Purity Water (charcoal-filtered, reverse osmosis, UV-sanitized)

Alcohol (Ethyl) (Speeds drying.)

Capryl Caprylyl Glucoside (A biodegradable plant-based surfactant with mild chemistry and sensitive skin compatibility.)

Coco- Glucoside (A plant-derived, biodegradable surfactant. It is mild and safe for sensitive skin.)

Sodium Citrate (Mineral based. Helps grab and remove minerals.)

Sodium Gluconate (Mineral based. Helps grab and remove metals.)

Phenoxyethanol & Caprylyl Glycol (gentle preservatives, used sparingly to prevent bacteria growth)

Citric Acid (neutralizes pH)

Essential Oil and/orPhthalate-Free Fragrance Oil (scent)

Why we test: 1,4-dioxane is a manufacturing byproduct, not an ingredient, so it never appears on a label even when it is present. in 2024 the epa determined it poses an unreasonable risk to human health, with concerns that include cancer, liver damage, and harm to the tissue involved in smell. it forms while the surfactants in many soaps and detergents are made, so a label cannot tell you whether it is there. a lab test can, so we run one.
